For the holiday weekend, I am heading down to the beach with friends.  I can’t help but dream about long days on the beach, fresh seafood on the grill, fun summer cocktails and lazy afternoons on the porch.  Let’s be honest.  We all need a little time to unwind from our busy schedules.  Hope you have a happy Memorial Day weekend!
