Specializing in residential and commercial design, Laura Covington loves to meet challenges with creative solutions. Her projects range in scale and style, from vacation homes on the coast to luxury apartments in the city. With clients based in Raleigh, Chapel Hill, Wilmington, Atlantic Beach, New York and Atlanta, Laura provides unlimited design services that are tailored to any location or budget. Her designs are characterized by a mix of textures and a balance of antique and modern furniture, thus creating a warm and inviting yet elegant look that reflects the individual needs of her clients.

Laura has always been passionate about interior design. From the time she was a young girl, she was submerged in the world of design, as her mother would take her to fabric houses, antique stores and seamstress studios. Her appreciation of the arts turned into a desire to create wonderful designs that she has always admired in her youth.

Laura graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising at the School of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Upon graduating, she moved on to gain a second degree in Interior Design at the Art Institute of Charlotte. Laura worked with several well- known design firms in the Charlotte and Raleigh areas before opening the doors of LC Interiors in 2009.

Laura resides in Wilmington with her husband, 3 children and labradoodle.
